Andrew Moffatt

2007-2008 / Diploma in Biblical Studies (Booth College of Mission)
2012-2018 / Bachelor of Ministries (Distance Learning)

I studied online, by distance. I enjoyed the challenge and think that I was the first ex-Booth College of Mission student to complete the BMin degree after doing the Diploma in Biblical Studies and Salvation Army DipSAMM, as part of Salvation Army officer training.

The study was helpful in developing my ministry skill base. It was enjoyable, challenging and useful.

I finished the degree while in Sri Lanka, and I’m now in Fiji. I have also just finished a Master of Management through Massey University.

As I write this I’m on holiday in NZ after attending my eldest son Louis' wedding, but my wife and I are the Divisional Leaders of The Salvation Army in Fiji.

I’m grateful that God uses this fool to confound the wise! There are opportunities to share the Good News – God is so good! Rochelle and I were also able to adopt our ten-year-old daughter, Janaki, and bring our unofficially adopted daughter Ayodya (23) into our family in Sri Lanka.
